The project
The project consists of three villas, each villa is completely separate from the other and separated by walls, each containing a private garden of 400 m2 and its private swimming pool.
The villa
The villa consists of two floors, the area is 202 m2.
The ground floor consists of a very spacious living room with an open-plan American kitchen to give extra space.
There is a glass facade in the living room with a door that takes you to the garden and the outdoor terrace surrounding the swimming pool.
There is a bedroom for the guest with one bathroom on the same floor.
